基于区位与空间结构理论的城市会展产业空间布局与功能优化研究

近年来城市会展产业作为一项新兴的服务行业发展迅猛,但也普遍存在空间布局不合理等一系列问题,亟待整合优化。基于产业区位理论和空间结构理论,会展产业空间布局功能支撑因素包括自然因素、社会因素、经济因素、科技因素、文化因素等,但展览、会议和节事三类业态各有侧重。通过定量评价,发现青岛各区市三类业态各具优势,由此需要进行空间功能整合布局,形成＂一区四园多节点＂的格局。
