| 摘 要： | 山西票号的创建,揭开了以汇兑进行结算的新时代。山西票号全部是由总号和分号组成的中小型金融机构,此即山西票号的经营模式,它的基本特点就是本小、利厚、快速高效。由于这种经营模式特别能够适应金融市场复杂多变的需要,所以奇迹般地创造了山西票号的辉煌业绩。

| Abstract: | The establishment of Shanxi draft bank had created a new era during which remittance and settlement took place of delivering cash. Shanxi draft bank was a small and medium-sized financial organization formed by every head office and its branches, and this is the management pattern of Shanxi draft bank. The pattern led to the Shanxi draft bank's great achievement for it adapted to complicated and various financial market well. |
