| 摘 要： | 在我国向社会主义市场经济转变过程中 ,行政垄断一直都是经济发展的阻碍。随着中国加入WTO ,这种阻碍越来越明显。因此 ,反行政垄断的重要性日益凸显。而在当前 ,我国的相关法律还不能有效地规制行政垄断 ,在此情况下 ,制定反垄断法显得尤为重要。

| Abstract: | In the course of development of the socialist market economy,administrative monopoly is always the obstracle to Chinese economy,which is more clear with the entry into WTO.In this sense,anti-monopoly becomes more important.However,at present,Chinese laws can not control administrative monopoly effectively.So,it is very necessary to make the anti-monopoly law of China. |
