| 摘 要： | 社会性资源不平等的配置引起社会分层 ,以行为为对象的法律必然关注社会分层的内在运作。社会分层的流动性是法律介入的契入点 ,客观又能动地影响权利和义务的量在各阶层间分配是法律适应不断变化的社会分层并与之共存共融的关键所在。

| Abstract: | The unequal allocation of social resources gives rise to the existence of social stratification.Its internal function attracts an internal concern by behavior research-oriented law.Its mobility is the point into which law involves,affecting the quantumn of power and obligation allocated in different social stratum both objectivecly and subjectively and is the key link of the coexistence and mutal assimilation of them and of law's adapting to the constant change of the social stratification. |
