| 摘 要： | 本文运甩实证性研究与规范性研究相结合的方法，首先对多项目管理这一最新理论的涵义进行了解释，进而对大学生姥业过程的特点进行了实证性分析，通过对两者之间特点的比较，说明了大学生就业具备多项目管理的基本特征，最后提出将多两目管理思想运用于大学生就业过程的设想，并对具体运用进行探索性的论述，旨在使相关工作人员和研究者以一种新的视角，和思雄方式来看待大学生就业问题。

| Abstract: | This article utilizes the method which unifies the real diagnostic research and the standard research.Firstly,it explains the implication of the newest theory of multi-projects management and carries on an in-depth analysis of the characteristics of the process of the university student employment.Then it illustrates that the graduates' employment covers the basic characteristics of multi-projects management by comparing with them.Finally,it proposes the thought of utilizing the theory of multi-projects management to the process of university student employment;it elaborates the concrete utilization of the thought,in order to make the correlated staff and the researchers treat the graduates' employment from a new perspective and mode of thinking. |
