正确的舆论导向与建国初期经济建设的凯歌行进

回顾了建国初期到我国基本完成三大改造这一“凯歌行进的时期” ,通过对新闻媒介 (主要是党报 )在抗美援朝、镇压反革命、“三反”“五反”、三大改造中宣传报道模式的全面分析 ,系统总结了正确的舆论导向在建国初期对经济建设的巨大推动作用。从以抗美援朝的爱国热情激活生产力中最活跃的因素 ;以“镇反”的舆论强势营造稳定的社会环境 ;以“三反”“五反”的舆论强势治理混乱的经济秩序 ;以三大改造的深入宣传推动生产关系的快速变革等方面加以分析探讨。

The Proper Direction of Public Opinion Of the Siriding Economic Consiruction During the Initial Post- liberation Period

This thesis retrospects the period-from the liberation to the basical completion of the socialist transformation-which is called "striding with songs"; comprehensively analyses the patterns of the report and propaganda of the mass media (especially the party newspaper) in War to Resist U.S. Aggression and Aid Korea, Movement to Suppress Counterrevolutionaries, Movements Against the "Three Evils" and the "Five Evils" and Campaign of Three Big Reforms; and systematically summarizes the great effect of the proper direction of public opinion impulsing the economic construction during this period. The article describes in four sections: activated the most active element of the productive forces by using the patriotic enthusiasm in War to Resist U.S. Aggression and Aid Korea; made a stable social environment by using the strong power of public opinion in Movement to Suppress counterrevolutionaries; ordered the chaos economy by using the great function of the public opinion in Movement Against the "Three Evils" and "Five Evils" ; pushed the production relations to transform rapidly by using the thoroughgoing propaganda in Three Big Reforms.
