社会复合主体与文化产业发展

文化产业的自身特点,使其在产业组织形式与项目运作方式上与传统工业产业存在较大的差异,社会复合主体则是文化产业发展中一种值得关注的组织形态与运营模式。多个互有差异的社会主体在行动关联过程中相互建塑、彼此型构,进而转变为具有自主能动性的复合行动主体,可以实现管理平台、行业服务、内生机制等不同形式的复合运作。社会复合主体的产生源于新时期政府治理理念革新和政府职能转变的内在要求,具有灵活、开放和系统的特点,根据项目、行业、平台的不同,它可以表现为不同的形式并采用不同的运作方式。这种组织形态既可以形成文化产业发展的内生动力,也可以关注到文化产业的双重属性,虽然在实践中有待进一步细化内部机制,但在完善的制度建设下,社会复合主体将成为文化产业发展以及政府文化体制创新的一种新模式。

The Composite Social Subject and the Development of Cultural Industries

With its own characteristics, cultural industries and traditional industries show great differences in organizational forms and operation modes. In the development process of cultural industries, many different social subjects interaction between each other then became a composite social subject. The composite social subject generated from the inherent requirements of the innovative governance ideas and the transformed government functions. Under different project, different industry and different platform, it can run flexible, open and systematic. The composite social subject can build cultural industries＂ endogenous power, and also concerned about dual attributes of cultural industries. Although the internal mechanisms need to be further refined in practice, the composite social subject will become a new mode of cultural industries development and government institutional innovation.
