| 摘 要： | 通过分析我国大学英语课堂教学的现状及面临的问题,探讨了美国教育学家倡导的合作学习理论并阐述其在大学英语教学中的运用。通过实践,结论是合作学习法能够提高学生的英语综合能力,创造良好、宽松的课堂环境,增强学生学习的主动性,是对传统教学的补充。

| Abstract: | This paper presents the current situation and issues in college English teaching in China.It also tries to explore how cooperative learning prevailing in the U.S.can be implemented in college English teaching in China.The study indicates that the learners tend to be more autonomous,enjoy the relaxed atmosphere,and benefit quite a lot from it. |
