思想政治教育视野下高校大学生职业发展与就业指导研究

思想政治教育是优化大学生职业发展与就业指导的重要载体,大学生职业发展与就业指导则是丰富思想政治教育活动的重要内容。思想政治教育需要和高校大学生职业发展与就业指导有机结合,实现双方增效,大学生得益,即以高校大学生职业发展与就业指导为切入点,发挥思想政治教育的教育引导功能,帮助大学生做好职业发展规划,树立科学的就业观,将职业理想融入民族复兴和国家建设中去,成长为中国特色社会主义事业的合格建设者和可靠接班人。文章回顾了高校大学生职业发展与就业指导的发展历程、分析了在思想政治教育视野下高校大学生职业发展与就业指导教育的必要性,提出了思想政治教育视野下高校大学生职业发展与就业指导教育的有效途径。

Research on Career Development and Employment Guidance of College Students from the Perspective of Ideological and Political Education

Ideological and political education is an important carrier to optimize college students’career development and employment guidance,and college students’career development and employment guidance is an important content to enrich ideological and political education activities.Ideological and political education and career development and employment guidance of college students need to be organically combined to achieve mutual efficiency and benefit college students.That is,taking the career development and employment guidance of college students as the starting point,we should give full play to the educational guidance function of Ideological and political education,help college students to do a good job in career development planning,establish a scientific outlook on employment,integrate career ideals into national rejuvenation and national construction,and make them grow into qualified builders and reliable successors of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.This article reviews the development process of college students’career development and employment guidance,analyzes the necessity of college students’career development and employment guidance education in the perspective of ideological and political education,and puts forward the effective ways.
