学术规范与人才培养

学术规范应该是进行学术活动必须遵守的共同规则,是人才培养的关键内容之一,但目前高校的教学活动并未将学术规范教育纳入教学大纲,对学术失范的隐忍更使部分学子在学术入门之际迷失方向。因此,学术规范只有由一批高素质的人去身体力行、去传承、去监督才能使学术活动真正得到规范。

Academic norms and talent cultivation

Academic norms are common rules that must be observed in academic activities,a key point in tal- ent cultivation.But education of academic norms is not included in the syllabus in present college education activities.Tolerance of the lack of academic norms further makes students lose their way at the very beginning. Therefore,academic norms should be exemplified,carried forward and monitored by a group of high quality personnel to normalize academic activities.
