| 摘 要： | 为人民服务是党的根本宗旨的实质所在的核心内涵,坚持执政为民是中国共产党的性质决定的,所以它们具有同一性.执政为民从思想和实践要求的角度,就诚心诚意为人民谋利益问题做了很有新意的深刻阐述.它是对毛泽东与邓小平的马克思主义利益观的丰富和发展,这已成为我党执政治国的新理念.

| Abstract: | Serving the people is the core of the Chinese Communist Party's leadership. Governing for the people is in consistence with the nature of the Chinese communist Party. Thus, the two -concepts-are identical. The latter concept is the development of the former one, and the furtherance of Deng Xiaoping's Doctrines and Marxism - Leninism; it is a new concept for the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party. |
