| 摘 要： | 介绍了天津沿海都市型现代农业的主要特征及天津农业发展对农学专业人才培养提出的新要求,并从转变人才培养理念、突出专业优势和地方特色、形成科学化的人才培养体系、实施灵活的人才培养机制、保证人才培养质量五个方面提出了新形势下农学专业人才培养模式的实施策略。
