当代中国公共管理的精神追求

中国社会已进入转型期，当代中国公共管理面临严峻的挑战，应对挑战的关键是重塑公共管理的精神。重塑公共管理的精神要坚持中华文明的内核：以人为本的思想、仁爱思想和中庸之道，也要吸收西方民主政治和法治精神的合理成分。这样，才能保证公共管理的改革坚持正确的方向，实现社会与公民、国家与人民、政府与市场、政治与生活之间的共通。

Our society has entered a transformation period,China's public management is facing severe challenges in the present age.To solve the problems in public management,we must rebuild the spirit of public management.Thus we should stick to the core of Chinese traditional culture: the people-oriented idea,the value of benevolence and the doctrine of the mean;meanwhile we should absorb the sound elements of the democratic politics and ruling-by-law spirit in western culture.Only in this way,will the reform of public management progress on the right direction and harmony be realized between society and citizens,between country and the people,between government and market,between politics and life.
