中韩人力资源竞争力比较研究

摘    要:人力资源是国家竞争力的决定性因素。文章旨在通过比较,寻找我国与韩国人力资源竞争力的差距,以便发现和解决问题。文章采用文献查阅法和实证分析法,从5个维度,选取13个2级指标,对中韩两国的人力资源竞争力进行了比较。通过比较发现,尽管我国人力资源竞争力持续增强,但与韩国仍有很大的差距,并从5个方面提出了对策建议。
