| 摘 要： | 高职院校图书馆作为一所院校重要的信息资源中心和育人阵地，近几年有了长足发展，但仍存在一些亟待解决的问题。论文结合图书馆工作的实践，地位作用、当前现状等，提出了加强高职院校图书馆建：设首先要从育人功能出发采集资料；其次挖掘资源加强网络和馆舍建设、加强图书管理人员队伍建设的建设性建议。

The essay combined library＇ s working practice, roles and functions, the current status promoted suggestions as to enhancing vocational colleges＇ library construction should adopt resource via cultivate faculty, and secondly, utilizing resources to consolidate network and library construction, stressing library staff team＇ s construction. |
