数控车实训教学方法的研究与实践

摘    要:针对我院的数控车实训教学,如何从无到有,如何提高学生的实践应用能力为目标,以工程实践为中心,基于CDIO思想,设计教学运行过程,制作多媒体课件,结合我院自身的办学宗旨,在教学方法与理念上,加强现场教学与示范教学,定制多元化的成绩评价方式,从各方面提高与保障我院数控车的实训教学的顺利运行。实践证明,教学效果比较理想,学生的实际操作水平得到提高,改变了传统实训的操作体验式教学,推动实训教学创新,促进工程教育的发展。

The research and practice of teaching methods of NC practice
Abstract:The paper describes the training teaching of the CNC lathe starting from scratch ,improving the students ’ practical application ability as the goal ,taking the project practice as the center ,basing on the idea of CDIO ,desig-ning the teaching process , making courseware , combining with our school's own mission , strengthening the field teaching and demonstration teaching ,performing evaluation way to customize diversified .It can improve the practice teaching of NC practice in our institute from all aspects .The teaching effect is ideal ,improving the actual operation level of the students ,changing the traditional experiential teaching ,promoting the practical teaching innovation ,and developing the engineering education .
