| 摘 要： | 师范院校改制是地方经济发展的要求,也是教师教育发展的产物。本文在借鉴苏联和美国教师教育经验的基础上提出:目前我国改制大学的教师教育应当以市场、质量、学生发展为原则确定其角色定位。
