| 摘 要： | 现代教育的根本任务是为社会培养大批优良的创造性人才 ,这一战略任务要求学校必须高度重视学生创造素质的培养与发展。本文立足于这一战略课题 ,对现代人才创造素质的构成要素作了独到的考察与分析 ,并对培养的基本策略和一般措施了较为全面的提炼与概括。

| Abstract: | The fundamerntal task of modern eucation is to train a large number of creative talents of high quality for the society. This strategic task requires schools to attach importance to fostering and developing students'sreatve qualities. The thesis,based on the strategic subject, makes an original investigation and analysis on the essential component elements of the creative qualities of modorn qualified personnel. At the same time, it refines and summarizes the basic strategies and general measures comprehensively. |
