Economic increase and labor market changes after Reform and Opening to the outside world in China and its prospect

Since the Reform and Opening to the outside world in China, economy has increased steadily and labor market has been progressively formed. More than 20 years of rapid economic increase helped to solve the problems of employment. But in the future labor market will still be faced with contradiction between supply and demand and great employment pressure because of the sustained population increase in the past tens of years. Forecasting the labor supply and demand in China, the present paper is looking forward to its labor force market in the future.
