| 摘 要： | 劳动力外流是继土地和资金之后又一对农村经济发展具有决定性影响的农村外流生产要素,但其外流过程始终伴随着零星的回流,进入新世纪以来随着国家支农力度的加强以及近年来金融危机的影响更是助推了这一趋势。这种双向流动到底对经济产生了怎样的影响？如何弱化双向流动带来的负面效应,最大限度地发挥其积极作用？本文梳理了这方面的研究成果,并回答了上述问题。在此基础上,指出现有研究的不足,提出未来进一步研究的方向和重点。

| Abstract: | The migration of rural labor force is the other rural flow-out factor of production,which exerts the predominant influence on economic development after capital and land.But this process accompanies sporadic returning of labor force all the time.This tendency becomes more outstanding because of the policy of supporting agriculture and the impacts of international financial crisis.What effects have been caused by this kind of bi-direction migration？ How to stengthen its positive influence and reduce the negative affect？ This paper summarizes the existing literatures and answers above questions.Based on this review,the author points out the deficiencies of existing literatures,and puts forward the direction and the major issues of further studying in future. |
