| 摘 要： | 想象是文艺学中的重要术语，在其发展之初深受英国经验论哲学之推动；本文由经验论的代表霍布士、洛克和休谟的相关论述入手，具体分析想象概念在历史发展中其含义的演变状况及其理论地位的提升；从感觉的遗留物、记忆的等同物中分离出来，成为具有主动综合观念之功能的重要的认为能力；这不但为人类知识的形成奠定坚实的经验基础，且为想象概念本身的发展注入深厚的理论内涵。

| Abstract: | As an important term in Literature and Art, imagination, in its early development was deeply promoted by British empiricism philosophy. Based on its representatives Hobbes, Locke and Hume＇s statements, the paper analyzes the theoretical implications of imagination＇s evolution and its theoretical promotion in the history. Separated from feeling, and memory, imagination is an important epistemic ability. |
