| Abstract: | This article discusses the weak condition of the ba-sentences in Cantonese. It has three sections:imbalance between the ba-sentences and the bei-sentences;compensation for the weak condition of "ba"; and semantic restrictions between the ba-sentences and those without "ba";factors in the weakening of "ba". |
