| 摘 要： | 退役士兵职业技能培训需求的总体特征表现出显著的多元化、层次化的发展趋势。从培训主体、培训对象、培训内容、培训手段、培训管理等角度分析了连云港市退役士兵职业技能的培训模式，阐述了退役士兵职业技能培训模式的形成原则，提出全面开展退役士兵职业技能培训工作必须创新培训模式，以提高退役士兵的职业技能水平。

| Abstract: | The ex-soldiers＇ vocational training generally demands diversity and layering. The training mode conducted in Lianyungang city is analyzed in terms of trainers, trainees, training contents, tools and management. The formative principles of ex-soldiers＇ vocational training mode are stated, and it is proposed to innovate the training mode in hope of improving the ex-soldiers＇ occupational ability. |
