| 摘 要： | 探讨了新形势下中外合作办学领域高校双语教师自觉转变角色,通过全方位培养自身素质来实现自主发展的必要性和有效措施。分析了自主发展过程中双语教师应具备的素质,认为要丰富并实现双语教师全方位素质的提高,双语教师需要在诸多方面逐步完善并不断学习。在此基础上提出了自主发展的有效途径和方式。
