中外合作办学模式下双语教师自主发展探索

摘    要:探讨了新形势下中外合作办学领域高校双语教师自觉转变角色,通过全方位培养自身素质来实现自主发展的必要性和有效措施。分析了自主发展过程中双语教师应具备的素质,认为要丰富并实现双语教师全方位素质的提高,双语教师需要在诸多方面逐步完善并不断学习。在此基础上提出了自主发展的有效途径和方式。

Abstract:Dual language consciously and improve Based on the analysis of hanee their independent teachers in colleges and universities of joint enrollment have to change their roles self-quality in all aspects to realize independent development in the new situation. qualities required for a dual language teacher, effective ways are proposed to endevelopment.
