| 摘 要： | 首先对地方院校绩效评估方法、评估指标、评估的主体以及评估过程中存在的一些问题做了相关介绍，针对存在的不足，提出了基于平衡计分卡的绩效管理理论。将平衡记分卡理论从财务方面、顾客方面、组织内部流程方面、学习与成长方面四个维度进行了论述，正确运用平衡记分卡，充分调动教师的工作积极性，为培养高素质人才，促进高等教育的发展做出应有的贡献。 |

| Abstract: | The evaluation method, index and subjects, as well as some problems existing in local university performance assessment are firstly introduced. Then the management theory of college performance and contribution is proposed, based on the balanced scorecard in terms of finance, customers, organic internal flow, and learning and growth. Correct use of the balanced scorecard is helpful to stimulate teachers＇ enthusiasm and contribute to the training of highquality talents. |
