| 摘 要： | 通过调查问卷对某新建本科院校学生的学习状况进行调查研究，从而在分析新建本科学院学风状况和其影响因素的基础上，探讨学风建设与教风、学生管理、校园文化及辅导员队伍建设等方面的关系，并针对学风建设提出建设性意见，以期为新建本科院校的学风建设提供参考。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the questionnaire finished by one newly-built college, the academic atmosphere construction, the student management, campus culture and the team construction of assistants are discussed by concluding and analyzing the learning status and its influence. Suggestions to reinforce the construction of academic atmosphere are proposed in hope of providing references for newly-built universities. |
