基于激励机制的高职院校岗位绩效工资制度探析

摘    要:实施岗位绩效工资制度是高职院校分配制度改革的重大举措。分析了岗位绩效工资制度ZL.其激励机制,提出了实施过程中需注意的几个问题。建立健全高等教育特点的岗位绩效工资制度,对于实行有效激励,充分发挥教职工的积极性具有重要作用。

Abstract:The performance-based salary system is an important measure in the reform of distribution system in higher vocational colleges. The paper analyzes the system, the incentive mechanism, and problems in the process of implementation. It concludes that the system will effectively motivate the faculty and allow full play to their initiative.
