| Abstract: | Based on criticizing dividing theory on traditional legal departments and making compenation,this paper gives clear definition for the status of economic law.The definition is established on the reform and development for dividing standard of legal units and recoghizes the status of economic law according to independent condition and marks of economic law and the relation between the economic law and other laws. |
