| 摘 要： | 目前企业青年的基本思想问题表现为对市场磨合期的许多社会现象存在偏激认识;对国企深化改革建立现代企业制度心存疑虑;不良文化冲击所产生的思想波动;政治意识淡薄。相关因素为企业教育引导模式的僵化;社会思想教育功能弱化;精神产品的媚俗;社会价值导向的偏差。团组织的作为在于突出理论导向;突出正面示范;突出为青年成长成才服务;注意情感投资;突出工作方法的创新。

| Abstract: | The article analyses enterprise youth's basic ideological problems and some causes for these problems.Meanwhile,it points out that the League organization should strengthen ideological and political work among enterprise youth to adapt itself to the new conditions. And this work includes the following aspects:emphasizing the orientation of theory;educating by positive measures or examples;serving the development of young people;paying attention to the investment of emotion;stressing innovation in work methods. |
