跨文化交际中的礼貌原则比较分析

作为文化的重要组成部分,礼貌原则在跨文化交际中常常起到关键作用。但是由于中西方文化不同,礼貌原则的使用也存在差异,影响跨文化交际的成败。从称呼与称谓、恭维与自谦、禁忌与委婉以及一些非言语行为的分析入手,比较中西礼貌原则差异现象,探究其差异原因,以期减少跨文化语用失误,促进跨文化交际。

A Comparative Analysis of Politeness Principle in Intercultural Communication

As an important component of culture,Politeness Principle usually plays a key effect.Because of the differences between Chinese culture and western culture,there are some differences in Politeness Principle,which affects intercultural communication.Proceeding from address and appellation,compliment and self-abasement,taboo and euphemism,as well as nonverbal behavior,this paper compared the differences between Chinese and western politeness,and probed into the causes,in order to minimize the possibility of pragmatic failure for effective intercultural communication.
