论拆迁救助的社工介入

城市化的快速发展、拆迁矛盾复杂化及其有效化解、拆迁困难群体的妥善安置及科学有效救助,迫切需要实现拆迁救助的专业化与职业化,而社工介入拆迁救助就成为适应这一需要的客观要求与必然选择。社工介入拆迁救助不仅提升了拆迁救助水平与层次,有效地化解了拆迁矛盾,而且也拓宽了社会工作的领域与范围,促进了社会工作自身发展。其介入方式有体制内介入和体制外介入两种。助人服务的方法有个案方法、小组方法、社区方法、家庭方法和社会政策方法。但社工介入拆迁救助也存在救助的法规滞后、救助的专业水平与实务能力不强、社会认可度不高等障碍,需要政府在制度和政策层面进行鼓励和推动,进一步完善保护拆迁弱势群体的相关立法工作,加强对拆迁救助工作的宏观协调管理,建立一支高素质的拆迁救助社会工作专业队伍。
