电子政务环境下的网络舆情应对策略

当前,我国在电子政务环境下应对网络舆情时存在许多问题：对网络舆情的综合治理能力不足,政府网站在网络舆情引导和控制方面的作用不大,如政务信息公布不及时,更新速度缓慢,在线服务功能发挥不足。针对这些存在的问题,从服务型政府、政务公开、新型电子信息技术的应用等方面提出应对网络舆情的策略：兑现服务型政府承诺,积极引导网络舆情;切实推行政务公开,提高政府信息透明度;应用现代信息技术,建立网络舆情危机的预警、处置机制。

On the Management of Internet Public Opinion Based on the E-government

The presenting problems of government dealt with internet public opinions are studied firstly, including that： a lack of comprehensive management of internet public opinions： the less function in the guidance and control of the internet public opinions of the government websites, such as the disclosure and publication of government information is not timely, update slowly, and less functions of online services. This paper from the angles of service-oriented government, the disclosure and publication of government information, the applications of new electronic information technology, combined with the problems in the current development of China＇ s internet public opinion, proposed some strategies to dealt with the internet public opinions： to fulfill the promise of service-oriented government, and guide the internet public opinions actively： make government affairs public effectively, improve the transparency of government information： apply the modern information technology, and to establish a early warning, disposal mechanism of internet public opinion crisis.
