| 摘 要： | 通过对农民在选择是否参加新型农村合作医疗过程中博弈分析,可以看出农民的行为受到自身病情预期、对政府管理的信任以及卫生机构水平等方面的影响;政府应该发挥积极主导的作用,加大宣传力度,加强合作基金筹集和管理,完善新型农村合作医疗制度,提高农民参加合作医疗的积极性。

| Abstract: | This essay uses game analysis,thinking that when the peasants choose whether to join the new system of countryside cooperative medical treatment,they are ofen affected by the expectation of their state of on illness,confidence in the government management and the level of medical organizations.The government must exert dominant role,perfect the system,strengthen propaganda,reinforce collection of teamwork-fund and administration,raise the peasants'enthusiasm in participation. |
