| Abstract: | The Northeast China,the old industry base meets a major historical opportunity.The financial support system in rejuvenating the Northeast China exerts momentous effect.The non-governmental finance will also play an important role in this strategy. The creation and development of the non-governmental finance adapt to the objective request of the economic development in the Northeastern China.Developing the non-governmental finance has become the inevitable selection to support the strategy of rejuvenating the Northeast China. |
