| 摘 要： | 基于经济学、管理学、生物学和医学的理论框架,对和谐权理论的机制和价值做一交叉学科的分析,即个人、群体和社会三者在无各自＂私益＂的前提下,实现协调的行动,从而达到共赢的局面。采用以交叉学科构建的和谐权理论进行分析,展现和说明了在传统的人权理论所不能解释和无法权衡的领域,和谐权理论仍可进行有效运作。

| Abstract: | Based on economics,management science,biology and medicine,the authors intend to make a cross-disciplinary analysis of the right of harmony.By using the right harmony theory to analyze present the thesis illustrates that using traditional human rights theory cannot give satisfactoy explanation,and the right of harmony still functions effectively. |
