| 摘 要： | 顶岗实习是实现高校人才培养目标的关键教学环节,对于进一步普及工学结合、校企合作人才培养模式,提高学生的实际操作能力非常有利。目前,可以通过加强立法,构建顶岗实习的保障模式,有效保护企业和学生等主体的基本利益,解决顶岗实习中企业积极性不高、学生合法权益难以保障等问题。

| Abstract: | Post practice is a key step of practical teaching.It is beneficial to the practice of ＂studying while working＂ and ＂school-enterprise cooperation in talent cultivation＂,which promotes students＇practical ability.This paper argues that legislative guarantee is effective in protecting enterprises＇ and students＇ basic rights and interests and boosting enterprises＇ enthusiasm. |
