| 摘 要： | 针对当前医患纠纷日益增多的状况,就成立医患纠纷调解委员会的意义和调解委员会的能力建设进行了详细地阐发,并结合实际情况,从彻底解决医患纠纷和实现持续和谐稳定的角度,对推进综合治理、强化医疗风险防范和建立健全化解医患纠纷长效机制等问题作了进一步探讨。

| Abstract: | Considering the increasing number of medical disputes,it is elaborated about the significance and construction of Medical Dispute Mediation Committee.In order to solve the doctor-patient conflicts completely and realize sustainable and stable development of medical care,strategies are given to promote all-round renovation,strengthen the precaution of medical risk,and establish permanent mechanism to solve medical dispute. |
