有氧健身操对中老年妇女健身的有益作用

摘    要:有氧健身操对中老年妇女健身具有有益作用。研究结果表明,通过大约一年的有氧健身操的训练,那些常常从事健身操锻炼的中老年妇女,锻炼时间越长心肺功能就越好,且在身体素质、精神、记忆力等方面效果明显。这证明有氧健身操运动对中老年妇女的身体健康有好处。

Abstract:Aerobic exercises benefit the general health of middle-aged and elderly women.Research finds that after doing regular aerobic exercises for about one year,middle-aged and elderly women can strengthen their cardiopulmonary function and improve their physical fitness,mental health and memory.Evidences show that aerobic exercises are good for the physical fitness of middle-aged and elderly women.
