| 摘 要： | 结合公安工作的实际,以科学发展观为指导,以完善公安经费保障机制为立足点,对新形势下公安经费保障机制建设的理念、途径和方法进行了探讨,从公安经费的前瞻性、主动性、创新性等几方面,为改变公安经费保障不足的现状提出具体措施。
