| 摘 要： | 在社会主义市场经济的发展过程中,作为市场交易关系和交易行为,更多地表现为信用关系,因此建立规范的社会信用体系极为重要且十分迫切。这里运用公共管理的相关理论,紧密结合徐州市的实际情况,提出了加强其社会信用体系建设的相关措施。

| Abstract: | Credit relationship is embodied in market exchange actions with the development of socialist market economy.It is urgent and necessary to establish the standard social credit system.Based on relative public administration theories,countermeasures to make further step in constructing social credit system are proposed with accordance to the reality in Xuzhou. |
