| 摘 要： | 现代篮球向高空、高速度、高技巧和激烈对抗的方向发展,具有很强的欣赏性,尤其是比赛中对假动作的运用。假动作是篮球进攻的一项很重要的个人技术,运用好假动作能给进攻者带来很大的方便,使进攻的成功率大大提高,能创造出更多的更好的自己的进攻机会和队友的进攻机会。从假动作技术的定义、特点、分类、要求、训练与应用、识别与防范、运用的规律等方面进行了详细阐述。

| Abstract: | Height,high speed,advanced skill and intense physical contact characterize the development of modern basketball match.With the application of fakes in basketball play,basketball becomes a real enjoyment.Fake is a very important personal technique,which creates more breaking opportunities for the ball controller and his mates,thus contributing a lot to successful breaks.This paper explains in great details the definition,characteristics,category,requirement,training and application,identification and prevention of fakes. |
