| 摘 要： | 针对事业单位人员组成的现状以及年度考核的基本情况,从考核人数统计、考核等次定性、优秀指标确定、优秀等次产生、考核组织工作等方面进行分析,针对存在的问题,提出加强事业单位考核管理的方法和对策。
