| 摘 要： | 针对我国档案工作标准化过程中存在的诸如概念性的基础研究不足、标准制定不够系统和规范以及实施过程不尽人意等问题,提出要从加强档案工作标准化原理性研究、提高档案工作标准的制定和实施管理水平、加强对专门人才的培养等方面加以改进,以使我国档案工作标准化事业逐渐走向成熟。

| Abstract: | In the process of standardization for domestic archive management,there are quite a few problems,such as the inadequacy of basic theoretical research,the shortage of systematic standards and satisfactory results.It is proposed in this paper that we should improve the situation and navigate the work towards perfection by further enhancing basic theoretical research on archive management,promoting the making of pertinent standards,upgrading the managerial level and strengthening the cultivation of talents in this area. |
