| Abstract: | The rapid development of information network techniques brings about a breakthrough in the tempo spatial and institutional limitations in human resources management, and helps to build up a new mechanism for the tapping of human resources. Hainan has both advantages and bottlenecks in this respect, and it is necessary for Hainan to make the best of the situation to explore for a proper way and create an ideal atmosphere of tapping human resources on line. |
