| 摘 要： | 道德与人的关系由于对道德存在成人之维和规范之维的不同理解而表现出多样性和复杂性。在成人道德的意义上，道德与人彼此同构，道德内在于人；在规范道德的意义上，道德与人之间既存在着“同一-内在”关系，也存在着“差异-外在”关系；成人道德与规范道德在人们具体的行为实践中历史地表现出或相互一致或相互背离的关系。
