| 摘 要： | "软权力"是国际关系理论中的重要概念,于20世纪90年代初由约瑟夫·奈提出.软权力指通过吸引而非强迫让他人做自己想做的事情而实现预期目标的能力,包括文化吸引力、意识形态或政治价值观念的吸引力、塑造国际规则的能力、知识和信息、国民的整体素质与民族凝聚力、政治领导力.其基本特点是非强制性、非垄断性、扩散性、无形性等.尽管存在缺陷和不足,"软权力"理论对于深刻认识和把握国际关系的现状以及推进和实现国家利益都有极大帮助.尤其是在中国和平崛起的大战略下,其地位得到了空前凸显.

| Abstract: | "Soft Power" is a widely-used concept in international relation studies,which is greatly beneficial for us to have a deeper understanding and firm grasp of the current situation of international relations,and to realize China's national interest.This theory's value and status are highlighted in the context of "peaceful rise" in particular.A profound and systematic probe into the theory offers us significant enlightenment. |
