| 摘 要： | 由次贷危机迅速扩散而引发的金融危机不仅仅是一次严重的经济危机,也不仅仅是一次严重的衰退,而是新自由资本主义制度危机。这种资本主义制度促进经济扩张的能力已经穷尽。大规模扩张需要庞大的资产泡沫支撑,解除管制的金融系统,在形成资产泡沫中扮演了关键角色,这种金融系统不可能安然度过此次危机。政府管制型的资本主义有可能出现,具体形式取决于大工商集团和金融资本的力量制衡;如果民众运动爆发,也不排除社会主义取代资本主义的可能性。

| Abstract: | The recent economic crises induced by subprime mortgage default is a crisis of the neoliberal form of capitalism more than just a severe financial crisis or a serious recession.The ability of neoliberal capitalism to promote expansion of output appears to have reached its end.Another expansion would require an enormous asset bubble as collaterals.The deregulated financial system playing a key role in new asset bubble has been unable to survive the collapse of the latest one.State regulated economic system will arise.The actual type will depend on political struggles among various groups and classes.The replacement of capitalism with socialism would be also possible if the popular movements show great strength. |
