| 摘 要： | "本地化打工"是浙江省嘉兴市农村社区青年就业的主要特点。对于农村社区的"城市融入"而言,它有三个方面的特点:首先是避免了农民"城市融入"所必须的心理震荡;二是避免了农民"城市融入"所付出的空间转移成本;三是避免了农民"城市融入"所导致的"乡村空离化"。它通过牢固保留住农村社区发展所需要的人力资源、经济资源、文化资源,避免了农民"城市融入"所导致的"离乡又离土"的城市化困境,维持了农村发展的可持续性资源和动力,为中国农村社区发展走出了"离土不离乡"的一条值得探讨的路径。

| Abstract: | "Seeking a local job" is the main characteristic of rural community youth’s employment in Jiaxing City of Zhejiang Province.Firstly,it prevents the peasants from the "mental shock" in the process of city integration.Secondly,it saves the cost of space transfer they need to pay.Thirdly,it avoids the vacant villages caused by immigrant employment.By the way,the manpower,economic and cultural resources needed by the rural community development are retained.It not only prevents the plight of farmers leaving their land and home in the urbanization process,but also maintains the sustainable resources and impetus for the development of rural development. |
