| Abstract: | The strategy of West China Development is a significant development policy of China, which is related to the all around and harmonious development of the national economy. To execute and realize it, strong and effective politic support is required. the author presents the politic assumptions from eleven different aspects, that is, conception, science and technology, talented people, education, capital, management, introduction, information, ecology, common prosperity and stability. |
