水稻根际土壤真菌种群动态特性研究

摘    要:通过7个水稻品种的灭菌土与不灭菌水稻土的盆栽试验和4个品种的田间调查试验结果表明:水稻不同的栽培条件、不同的品种、不同的生长发育期,水稻根际土壤真菌的数量、种群动态及根际效应是有差异的。未灭菌土壤的盆栽试验,根际土壤每克干土的真菌数量范围是273~24359个,各品种平均真菌数最高为6429个;灭菌土盆栽的数量范围是每克干土154~15118个,各品种平均真菌数最高为4488个;田间试验,最高达34369个,各品种平均真菌数最高为9128个。水稻根际土壤真菌的根际效益都很显著。最高可达191.9倍。田间水稻根际土壤真菌较盆栽的丰富,未灭菌盆栽上的根际真菌穗期以前一般较灭菌盆栽土丰富。

Abstract:The results from pot-planting trials of seven rice varieties each in both sterilized and unsterilized soil and from the field investigations on four varieties showed that the fungus numbers,patterns of fungi species and the rhizosphere effects varied with cultivating conditions,varieties of rice and growth stages of rice,though,the fungi found in fields are generally richer in numbers than that found in pot soils,with the highest average number of fungi in field being 9128 per gram of dried soil,while the fungi in pots being between 273 and 24359 for unsterilized conditions and from 154 to 15118 for sterilized soils.
